Hunter Biden, the president’s son, plans to plead not responsible to 3 felony counts of unlawful gun possession, in line with a brand new court docket submitting.
Biden was indicted final week on two counts of knowingly making false written claims that he was not an illegal person of or hooked on any anabolic steroids, narcotics or different managed substances when buying a firearm. The third cost pertains to unlawful possession of a firearm, which he bought in 2018.
Particular counsel David Weiss charged Biden after the plea settlement with federal prosecutors collapsed.
President Joe Biden’s son intends to plead not responsible Tuesday in a proper request from Biden’s lawyer Abby Lowell to carry his first court docket look within the case through video convention, it was acknowledged.
