Only one week after the Iowa caucuses, New Hampshire holds the nation’s first main.

New Hampshire has constantly held the nation’s prime primaries for extra 100 years. In comparison with Iowa, voters in New Hampshire are extra average partially as a result of it permits independents to take part within the main.

New Hampshire voters turned out and had been greeted by crowds and contours. Candidates visited polling stations to submit their closing votes to voters. There have been greater than 20 candidates on each the Democratic and Republican ballots.

Former President Donald Trump gained the New Hampshire Republican main, and President Joe Biden gained the New Hampshire Democratic main.
